- More than 18 years in consumer and B2B marketing
After ten years in account management at major ad agencies such as Hill Holliday, Brann Blau, and JWT, and six more years in corporate marketing at Ameritech, AT&T Broadband, and McDonald's, I knew that copy and design were my true passions. So I launched JHWM in August of 2003.
Direct marketing is the core of my background: I love helping clients achieve measurable results and build customer loyalty, both online and off. Yet with my agency experience, I also know the importance of brand-building, and the concepts and process behind it.
My services are built on a few simple ideas:
